HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME WORK?
The products applicable to the loyalty programme each have a specific number of points calculated based on their value.
See the list of products eligible for the loyalty programme.
When you purchase SEAMAID products from your usual distributor and register them on the SEAMAID site, you will be awarded a certain number of points in exchange.
You can then easily convert them into gifts, or save up for even bigger winnings – that’s up to you!
You can start collecting points as of your very first purchase!
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE SEAMAID LOYALTY PROGRAMME?
1 ) Go to the “Customer Service” tab and click on “Loyalty”,
2 ) Click on “Subscribe” and log in or create a professional account,
3 ) In the left-hand menu, click on “My loyalty programme”,
4 ) Select “Save my products”,
5 ) Fill in the requested fields and remember to attach your purchase invoice for your application to be complete (1 invoice equals 1 saved product).
CONVERTING YOUR LOYALTY POINTS INTO GIFTS COULDN’T BE EASIER!
Once logged into your professional SEAMAID page, you can keep an eye on the number of points collected based on your purchases.
In your account, in the “My loyalty programme” tab, click “Use my points” and choose the gift you want from the drop-down list available based on your current points.
Click on “Display description” to find out more about your gift. If you are happy with it, click on “Request this product” then on “Confirm”.
